Submitting Samples
All samples must be submitted with the appropriate sample submission form. Samples that do not meet the terms and conditions of BioReference Laboratories’ services will not be accepted. For assistance in completing these forms, please contact Customer Service. For inquiries regarding plant, animal, or insect health testing quotes, please reach out to our customer service team or submit a quote request via the provided link.
Samples may also be hand delivered to the site during normal business hours

How to Prepare and Send a Sample:
- The accuracy of our laboratories’ diagnosis and identification depends on receiving fresh, properly prepared samples with complete forms.
- Samples can be sent by express mail or delivered in person with the appropriate form.
- All samples must be packaged in special packaging to ensure plant or insect safety, such as plastic or paper bags, depending on the sample type.
- It is recommended to send samples early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
